27/2/2018 0 Comments Winter skincare saviourswinter + skin = not a good match. It’s the season of dry hands and chapped lips. However with the right products you can totally avoid this! Here are my winter skincare saviours. ❅↷ Nivea 24hr moisture boOst day creamive always been a little nervous about moisturising my face for fear of it contributing to oil + build up. However the cold weather certainly requires moisturiser! I have been using niveas 24 hour moisture boost day cream, and really love how it feels on the skin. It sinks in very quickly and is non greasy or shiny. It improves the feel of my skin too and is just a great all round moisturiser! soap & glory viTamin c facial washi love to use a facial wash morning & night. I tend to alternate between the body shop tea tree facial wash and this soap & glory vitamin c wash which I love for winter. It’s very gentle on the skin and provides a light yet thorough cleanse without being to harsh on the skin - for this reason I think it’s perfect for winter. ☆ zoella winteR wonder hand creamim sure I’m not alone when I say winter brings the annoyance of very dry hands. This is not my most desired look so I make sure to have a trusty hand cream on call. I really love the zoella winter wonder hand hand cream! Not only is the packaging stunning but it smells so crisp and clean - perfect for winter. Most importantly It's highly nourishing and does not leave any residue on the hands. ♡ bath and body Works Winter pocket baci always have a pocketbac with me but my all time favourite scent is ‘winter.’ It’s very crisp and smells of pine, clementine and winter woods. It’s great to have one of these in your bag if you feel like you need a quick refresh, and they look so cute too! Dr paw paw balmI think this is a beauty classic that everyone should have in their collection. It’s a multipurpose balm enriched with papaya. It can be used on skin, lips, tame down hair & eyebrows, cuticles etc with winter comes colds & flu which totally dehydrate the skin. I used this on my lips and on patches of really dry sore skin and I found it to instantly soothe and rehydrate these areas! It’s 100% a winter essential and really an all year round one! eos sweet mint lipbalmive tried so many lip balms in my time but always come back to this eos lip balm in the sweet mint variety. It actually moisturises and relieves dry lips rather than sitting on top of them. The minty nature also provides a lovely tingly sensation! ❅ So these are my winter skincare essentials - hopefully it will be time to bring out my spring products soon!
