this is week is national eating disorder awarness week. A week that for most will not mean a lot , but for me it means everything. We NEED to stop the stigma around eating disorders (and mental ilness in general.) they are not a choice. BEAT - the uks leading eating disorder charity, estimates that over 1.6 million people suffer from an eating disorder in the uk. In my eyes that's 1.6 million to many. An eating disorder is not a phase or a choice. It is not attention seeking or something you can just switch on or off. Eating disorders have the highest rate of death of any mental ilness wether that be through suicide or medical complications. They are deadly. I'm not ready to share my story but what I am ready to do is help end the stigma. If one less person suffers from an eating disorder In 2017 then that's one less person who has to go through hell and back , and I think that's a pretty good thing.

After long deliberation I chose a lipstick in the rogue allure range - called 'Libre'. It's one from their matte collection and is a beautiful pink toned nude.
