the body shop is well known for its extensive skincare and body care range, but have recently ventured into hair care I thought I’d pick up some mini versions of their shampoos and conditioners to review for you all! ☆ strawberry clearly gloSsingone of the newest in the range Is the strawberry clearly glossing scent. I’m going to be honest I’m not really one for strawberry scents as they remind me of Calpol but usually the body shop are great at creating non artificial scents so I thought I’d try it out! At first it does unfortunately have the smell I don’t like, but once lathered in it creates a gorgeous bubblegum strawberry scent that I love! ♡ this shampoo claims to be glossing and whilst I haven’t noticed majorly glossy locks as of yet, my hair defiantly feels softer after use and thoroughly cleansed. Neither the shampoo or conditioner weighs the hair down and a little goes a long way. ☆ fuji green tea RefReshingly purifyingthe next variety I chose was the Fiji green tea purifying shampoo. I love to use clarifying/purifying shampoos once a week to remove any build up. I think this will be a great addition to my collection! Although the scent isn’t something I’d chose for a perfume of body lotion etc I think it works really well for a shampoo as it really smells clean and creates an almost minty feel on the scalp. This product is enriched with Japanese green tea and Ethiopian honey which I think makes it extra luxurious. I’ve heard this shampoo works great for oily hair too - so could be a great investment! banana truely nourishingfinally I picked up the banana truly nourishing conditioner. I have tried the banana range before and created a full review which is on my blog in previous sections if you want to read ☆ although I can’t stand bananas naturally I actually think this is my favourite scent and range out of the ones I’ve tried. It’s a lovely creamy tropical scent that smells 100% natural. I think this is also the most nourishing out of the collection and deeply conditions my hair. I’d definitely recommend this product! another bonus Is all the body shop products are cruelty free and vegan meaning everyone can enjoy them! If you’re unsure which collection to try you could always pick up the minis like I did for only £2 each, plus they’re often on 3 for 2! I’d love to know if you pick any up!
