But this means the start of my favourite season - October! 🍂 as the seasons change I’ve tried to be a bit more adventurous with the products I reach for. Here are my September favourites. ♡ Illamasqua powder blush intrigueim not sure why you would use this as a blush as it literally is a pure white powder!? I have been loving using this for contouring - creating a matte highlight. It really sculpts the face and brings definition to the high points of your cheeks. A little goes a long way and it blends seamlessly. I personally don’t wish to be any paler - and thankfully this powder does not cause me to look like a ghost! If you want the highlight without the shimmer I reccomend this product. ☆ the body shop vanilla pumpkin body washthe newest scent from the body shop - their vanilla pumpkin range is defiantly my favourite so far. It’s not the typical pumpkin spice scent you would expect. To me it smells of marzipan or something similar but it’s highly autumnal and a lovely scent overall! The body wash is so thick and creamy - it lathers up so well. I love the packaging Too and can’t wait to try out more of the range! chanel nAil polish rOgue noirthis nail polish screams autumn. 🍂 it’s the most gorgeous deep red that’s so seriously glossy! You can really tell the difference in quality between this nail polish vs others - which I dont usually find ☆ obviously the packaging is a winner too - anything with the CC Logo has my heart!♡ soap and Glory brow archerythis is a really nifty little brow product! One end is a crayon and the other is a brush tipped tint. I received this in a gift set last Christmas so was unable to have control over the shade I got. This is in ‘brownie points’ which is a little too dark for me but regarding the actual product it’s really good! The pencil is really pigmented and doesn’t slip around. The tint is perfect for filling in sparse areas and different combinations of each end allow you to create more natural or more glam brow looks. ☆ Spectrum noir markersi know not everyone will be interested in art materials but I have really been loving these markers by spectrum noir. I told myself I would never attempt portraits again after developing a hatrid for them during my first year of fine art alevel. However I decided to reattempt them this year when I bought these pens. My opinions on portraiture have been changed and I really love the effect they create! There’s a fine point tip and a chiselled end meaning you can create many different marks. They blend very well and give a realistic finish. If you enjoy art I defiantly reccomend these pens! ♡ DW home Caramel pumpkin candlewhats autumn without at least one pumpkin candle?! This is hands down my favourite candle I have ever owned! The scent is described as ‘Toasty notes of sweet caramel and pumpkin mix with warm vanilla bourbon and English toffee. ‘ it’s such a sweet rich scent that fills the whole room. Everyone in my house has commented on how much they love it! Unfortunately we can’t get DW home very easily in the uk. However they are currently stocking in TK MAXX. this little candle was only £2.99 and I’m desperately searching for the larger size before they get rid of the autumn stock! With this small candle filling the whole room with fragrance - I’d love to see what a larger one would do! ♡ Hope you liked my selection of favourites this September 🍂 I’d love to hear your thoughts,
