31/10/2017 0 Comments October favouritesim kinda sad October is over, as its most defiantly my favourite month. However I suppose Christmas is on the way so that’s something to look forwards too. ☆This month I’ve discovered a few new products along with some old classics. This week I’ll be sharing my October favourites ♡ barry m fall in love paletteI’ve mentioned this product quite a few times on my blog this month. Who doesn’t love discovering new eyeshadow palettes?! Especially autumn themed ones! This Barry m fall in love palette has been my go to this month. I love how all the shades are matte and actually wearable! The formula is super pigmented and such good value for only £6.49. I’m so glad I came across this product during October 🕸 ( a full review of this has been posted on my blog) NYX copper Glitterglitter is a must have any time of year. But l loooove copper glitter for the autumn! I picked up this nyx glitter to use over eyeshadow. I love how stunning the shade is on the lid - it’s the perfect autumn glitter. Using glitter glue (the makeup variety!) and a small brush - I’ve been loving MAC 210 - this glitter can be applied so easily to the lid. It could also be used for nail art or a festival glitter look ☆ Dw home candlesive mentioned DW Home candles in my favourites before - in specific caramel pumpkin. But I couldn’t not mention them again this month as I love them that much! Usually candles don’t smell that strong once lit but those from DW Home fill the whole room. You can get them from tk maxx and they have so many different scents. I have: caramel pumpkin , white pumpkin , maple hazelnut and salted toffee. They all smell so rich and I think their packaging is my favourite out of any candle brand I’ve seen! The one wick mini candles are only £2.99 and are so worth it for a candle that actually fills your home with fragrance. ♡ Wip (urban outfitters) nail polish in frozenI once was gifted a color club nail polish from someone in America that was called something like ‘snowflakeies’. I loved it so much but could not find a replacement anywhere! Last Boxing Day I found this exact dupe in urban outfitters and I’ve loved using it this season! Admittedly it is more wintery than autumnal but i couldn’t wait any longer to have glittery nails. It’s like mini sequins suspended in clear polish. I’ve been using it to Create a faded ombré tip and have got lots of compliments. I hope they still make this shade as I’m almost out and think it will be Perfect for Christmas! nyx lip lingerIe in ruffle trImi went off matte liquid lipsticks for a period of time as I felt they looked a little drying. However I gave them another go this month and my opinions have been changed ☆ I have always loved the shade ruffle trim - it reminds me of MAC velvet teddy. Thankfully the formula is not drying but defiantly long lasting as so easy to apply! I’m really glad I gave this another go and I might look into purchasing some of their newer shades. demi lovato staying strong 365 days a year booklife isn’t always easy. Some days are better than others and that’s just how it goes. I’ve had Demi lovatos book since the day it was released a few years ago - and everyday it continues to provide me with inspiration. Her book ‘staying strong 365. Days a year’ composes of a page each day with a quote , passage and goal for the day. I think this is such a special concept that Demi has executed so well. I love Demi and all the work she does for mental health and this book is just an extension of this. If sounds silly but someone’s all you need is someone to kick you in the right direction and this book is a great start. ♡ so these have been my favourites this month - I hope you have enjoyed this post - I’d love to hear your thoughts ♡
