2/6/2017 0 Comments My first trip to paris."you'll never forget your first trip to Paris." ive never been somewhere I've loved instantly as much as Paris. It's beautiful streets, the Eiffel Tower sparkling at night, the intricate architecture - all just the start of my list. In may of 2016 I took a trip to Paris with a friend and I can well and truely say - Paris stole my heart! ♡ monets garden - giverny.so not technically In Paris but to beautiful to miss out was our trip to monets gardens in giverny. Being an avid art fan this was a must do and I'm so grateful it was included in our trip. Nothing compares to the beautiful gardens that surrounded the quaint little house. thr gardens were filled with the most amazing flowers and my favourite - peonies ❀ it really felt like we were in a painting - these photos do little justice! monets house itself was so cute inside. The rooms were left almost as if monet had still being living there. Nothing was caged off so you really felt like you were experiencing what it was like to be in his house rather than a museum. I wish I'd taken more pictures of inside the house looking back but I did get one of the art room lined with all his stunning paintings. and of course the famous bridge. paris by day.we only had one day on our short trip to actually explore Paris so we didn't get to see everything but what we did see really took my breath away - so another trip is defiantly needed! the arc de triomphethe first thing we saw was the arc de triomohe - and we were lucky enough to see it with the sun just setting ☼. it really felt like it was a part of Paris that couldn't be missed. I was not aware that you could actually go up the monument but it would have been amazing to see a view of the city from such a height! All the more reason to go back. parisian streets. the beauty of Paris is really show in its streets - so effortlessly chic - it's defiantly a life goal to have an apartment. We also took a trip down the champs Elysees. If you're anything like me and love shopping this is a must! It we had had more time I'd have loved to have gone and found a Chanel shop too because - Chanel in Paris - can you get much better than that? river seine cruise.included in our itenary was a trip down the river seine - The main river running through Paris. This was a perfect way to see many landmarks including Norte Dame, the grand pallis and the Eiffel Tower. paris by night.the eifel tower.of course we saw the tower by day but by night it was just something else. Every hour the tower sparkles and it's honesty the most stunning thing I have ever seen! I even bought my own mini light up tower just to be able to go back to the time we first saw it light up. ☆ one day i would love to go to the top of the tower and see a full view of the city! the Parisian life style just appeals to me so much. The fashion, the je ne sais quoi. Having a little apartment with shutter windows and a view of the Eiffel Tower each and everyday - what's not to love? I hope one day to return to my favourite place , and who knows maybe one day I'll be writing a blog from my own house in Paris! But one things for sure I'll always be Parisian at heart. ♡ au revoir.
