19/4/2019 1 Comment Lolas apoThecaryid like to start this post, by thanking Lola’s apothecary for kindly sending me these products to share! It’s very much appreciated ♡ Lola’s apothecary is a Devon based brand with a vision of beauty and grace. With all products being made in an English farm kitchen, each micro batch is loving hand made with the most special ingredients and botanical extracts. The products are designed to “provide a momentary retreat from the vivid dance of life” and for you to just take so well needed relaxation. Bringing the sophistication of luxury cosmetics, back into natural beauty. Today I’ll be reviewing the delicate romance body and massage oil, and sharing one of their wellness teas too! packagingwith brands such as Lola’s apothecary, the attention to detail in the packaging, is just as special as the product itself. The massage and body oil, comes in a beautiful white box, laced with metallic gold font. It has a beautiful side, dedicated to the company’s quote - “a momentary retreat from the vivid dance of life.” This in itself would make a beautiful display piece, and reminder of the brands way of thinking. The inside of the box is lined with a beautiful botanical pattern, and at the very base of the box, it reads: “for a life of beauty and grace.” I’ve never seen such beautiful packaging from a brand of any kind! The though that’s gone into the packaging of the product is simply amazing, and the ‘beauty and grace’ really shined through. 🕊 delicate romance body & massage oilonto the product itself! Lola’s apothecary offer 4 variants of their body oil: • sweet lullaby (lavender and vanilla) • breath of clarity ( eucalyptus, peppermint, lemon & rosemary.) • divine grace (rose & neroli) • sweet romance (rose andgeranium) The variety I have is seeet romance - the most beautiful romantic rose scent, blended with warm spices and citrus, with notes of vanilla and patchouli too! It’s the most lovely soft feminine scent, that’s really calming and soothing. The way in which these body oils were discovered, is so classy! They were discovered by French vogue when Lola was selling a few fragrant things at a London market! How fairytale is that! Suspeneded in the oil, is dried flower petals, which look so beautiful. When the light goes through this bottle, it’s pure magic. this oil can be used for a variety of things, helping to transform dry and dull skin. You can use it on the face, body, hair and nails, and with 30% rosehip oil, a blend of moroccan Aragon oil and vitamin E - it also helps erase stretch marks and signs of ageing. I love multipurpose products like this, as you can really incorporate it into many steps of your beauty routine! The Brand have some really useful ways of using it, such as dabbing onto dry patches of foundation, taming frizzy ends when blow drying, using after a manicure, or even a cleansing oil! What I love about this oil, is how quickly it sinks into the skin, and doesn’t leave any residue behind. With so many High quality ingredients, and so much thought and care gone into the product design itself, there’s no wonder it’s left my skin feeling super moisturised and loved! Each of the oils has slightly different benefits, for example, this rose one also claims to help reduce redness and soothe inflammation. It really is worth looking into each of the oils on offer, and seeing what would suit your skin needs best! Either way, each bottle is sure to be just as beautiful. clementine calamity relaxing welness tealolas apothecary is a brand that really cares for your wellbeing, in ways additional to skincare. They also kindly sent me a pack of their wellness tea, a relaxing blend of dried apple & orange, and many flowers such as hibiscus, blue cornflowers, sunflowers and Passion flower. The packaging, again is so beautiful, the company wish to create teas that taste delicious, but also look stunning too! This is certainly something I picked up on! each of the tea bags are biodegradable and 100% vegan and natural. In the package they smell amazing - you can really pick up on the blend of different dried natural elements that go into each bag. I think herbal teas are a great way to unwind, and I feel they really do work at reducing anxiety, and providing a calming feeling. However, if you’re looking for energy, rather than relaxation, Lola’s apothecary also offer a “rainbows and whirlwinds energising tea” blend of ginseng and ginkgo, to help kickstart your day! You could drink that in the morning, and the relaxing wellness blend in the evening, and you’d have all your wellness needs sorted. 🕊 i really reccomend Lola’s apothecary products, they’re a really gorgeous brand, with a lovely ethic and perfect products to go along side it. They offer other products too such as candles, bath milks and salts, body polishes and even chocolates!
