19/1/2018 0 Comments January favouritesi think January is one of the best months for new discoveries and favourites, following Christmas time. For me I’ve discovered some new firm favourites as well as going back to some old classics. Here are my January favourites. ♡ new look wire memo boardim not exaggerating when I say I think I’ve been to every new look in the country to find this wire memo board! I have spent my time this month decluttering and updating my desk and just needed a white wire memo board to finish it off. I knew I’d seen one In new look it just proved very hard to track down! I think it’s such a good price at £7.99 and comes with clips too. I collated pictures form Pinterest and we heart it and I love how it looks. I have a full updated room tour coming soon so you can see how this fits in with the rest of my decor then. ♡ Dw home rose QUartz candledw home is one of the only candle brand I will buy from nowerdays. I always find myself being let down by candles that have no scent pay off or pool when burning. However once discovering dw home last autumn I’ve never looked back! You can actually smell the fragrance in the air and they’re just such good quality! The rose quartz fragrance is so pretty and delicate, it’s the perfect sweet yet floral scent. I love the lid and how it’s iridescent/holographic. I find The crystal collection really detoxing and calming - perfect for January. ☆ The body shop rice & ginsging milky Toneri was given this for Christmas and it’s fast become a skincare essential for me! For a start it smells amazing. They really need to make a perfume or candle of this scent as it’s so invigorating and refreshing. The actual toner is the best I’ve tried. When your skin feels a little clogged and blocked at the end of the day, a swipe of this totally combats that. I’ve noticed my skin has been in much better condition since I’ve used it and I’d highly reccomend. ♡ mac velvet teddyvelvet teddy is a classic and Is my top lipstick shade. After receiving a re stock for Christmas I’ve been wearing non stop. It goes with every makeup look & outfit and lasts all day too! It’s my ultimate everyday lipstick. ♡ & other stories perle de coco perfumei just love it when you discover a new scent that you know will become a classic for you. The perle de coco fragrance is so unique & warming. It’s a mix of coconut, caramel and vanilla - and it has the longest staying power! I love the whole range, such as the hand cream and have been really enjoying using it this month. ☆ illamasqua gel contour sticki go through stages of loving contour and then really not getting along with it! However thankfully this month I have rediscovered my love for the illamasqua gel contour stick. It’s a really unique formula and I haven’t seen anything else like it. I have to admit the colour on the stick looks really dark but because it’s sheer it works with even the lightest of skin tones. It blends effortlessly and really helps define you cheeks. I will defiantly be repurchasing once I’ve used this one up! ☆ So these were my favourites of the month, have you tried any of these products and if so what are your thoughts?! Let me know ♡➷
