ive never really been big on fake tan - finding it messy & time consuming, but that has all been changed. Meet my new summer essential product ‘Isle of paradise tanning water.’ Im obsessed! ☼ tanning is now such a hassle free process and I can have a sun kissed glow all year round. What’s more the packaging Is so pretty so there’s no reason not to love this product! ↷☼ I wasn’t really looking for a tanning product- in that I prefer a more natural look & have always been worried that self tanners look very fake and obviously not natural. However I had seen the product all over Instagram and I have a thing for spray products so I decided to use my saved boots points and give it a go. Once in a while I feel you just discover those game changing products that you know you will be using in years to come - for me this is one of them! i hadn’t really heard of tanning water before - I’ve only ever used the regular gel tanners, so the concept of a mist really interested me! Isle of paradise have 3 shades (light, medium & dark) and each one is formulated with colour correcting agents that react to the amino acids in your skin in order to produce the most personalised tan possible. I went for the shade light which is infused with peach colour correcting actives and oxy glow complexõ to brighten the skin. I love how natural this shade is and you really can’t tell it’s fake. It’s defiantly dark enough for me but I’m sure you could layer it for a more intense look ☆ This result was achieved after just 1 application taken 12 hours apart. You can see how now my skin looks so glowy and sun kissed! The colour pay off isn’t at all orange which I’m so pleased about. To achieve this glow was so easy! I exfoliated in the shower before and then you literally just spray over your skin and massage in with a tanning mit. Minimal fuss & minimal mess with maximum tan! One reason I never tanned before was because I couldn’t stand the feeling of it in my skin - you know that sticky feeling where you’re to scared to put any clothes on top or go to bed for fear of turning your sheets Brown. With this tanning mist you literally just spray and go - there’s no drying time needed as it just sinks into the skin! No product transferred to any of my clothes and it applied so evenly without and streaks or patchiness. All isle of paradise products are 100% vegan, cruelty free and organic. Formulated with many natural oils such as avacado, grapefruit and coconut oil, it’s very moisturising and I think would work with many skin types. The product promises not fake tan smell and whilst I agree it certainly isn’t strong there is a slight hint but nothing that would put me off using again! As you can probably tell I absolutely love this product and would reccomend to everyone who wants a sun kissed glow this summer. Isle of paradise also do other products such as tanning drops which I’d be interested to try too! Let me know if you’ve tried any of their products ♡ Zoë x
