5/12/2017 0 Comments Gift wrapping guideonce the gifts have been bought the wrapping begins. I love gift wrapping and at Christmas I feel you can really get creative! ☆ in this post I’ll be sharing some of my top Christmas gift wrapping ideas, all created using classic brown paper. ♡ simple hollytaking your gift and some fresh holly - you can create a really stylishly wrapped present. You don’t have to use real holly ,fake holly would be just fine too. Attach it to a piece of string or ribbon and tie around your gifts ☆ candy cane laneSimilar to above simply take a candy cane and attach to your gift using string to secure. This is so cute and looks like you’ve put in loads of effort! Those with a sweet tooth will also appreciate the extra sugar fix ☆ black bow 3 waysfor a more sophisticated take on Christmas use a black ribbon to dress your gifts. I think it goes so well with the brown paper. ♡ 3 potential gift wrap ideas include: • attaching a felt snowflake - simple yet stylish. • red berries - fake or real, compliment the black and brown so well! • for those who like a bit of sparkle, glittery faux feathers look so classy and it takes minimal effort to replicate. ☆ Pom pom reindeerI think this design would be perfect for younger children as it’s so cute and fun! All you need is a red pom pom which I attached using superglue. Next draw on the eyes and antlers. You could even stamp their name along the bottom using wooden stamp blocks. ❅ vIntage stampsi really like the vintage Christmas style and I think gift wrapping is a perfect way to show it off. You don’t need to buy old stamps - instead just search into google ‘vintage Christmas stamps’ and print and cut out. Stick these to your gift and continue to decorate to your liking. Here I’ve used classic red and white string but you could use ribbon, candy canes etc. ♡ preTty & parisiani love this design so much! I printed 2 vintage looking festive music sheets from the Internet and sellotaped them together at the top to create one long piece. This can be adapted to suit the size of your gift. Secure to the gift and then taking a pink ribbon wrap over vertically and horizontally. An optional step is to use parisian block stamps if you have any to add extra detail. ♡ minimalistDespite being so simple I think this is probably my favourite design. Take fresh pine sprig and tie to a piece of string. Then taking a longer piece of string wrap the gift as you usually would do. Tie the pine sprig to the other string and using white paint and a wet paintbrush splatter paint onto the paper. I love the simplicity of this look.☆ i hope you enjoyed this post, if you want more gift wrapping ideas I would defiantly reccomend Pinterest! I’d love to know which is your favourite design and see any recreations ♡
