i was lucky enough to be kindly sent this stunning moisturiser from Dr botanicals, and ever since, I’ve been obsessed! Not only is it simply stunning, but it does so much good for the skin too! What’s more I have an exclusive discount code for 20% off anything on the dr botanicals store - use the code “ZOEM20” ❀ The packaging for this product is simply stunning. I love the tube style dispenser as I think this looks and feels really expensive and unique! The little orange illustrations are so so cute & I love the whole attention to detail with matching colour schemes for the box & tube! Infact the whole range of moisturisers are just as stunning and would look so cute as a collection! What I love about dr botanicals as a brand, is how natural they are - all products are cruelty free, 100% natural, free of sulphate & parabens. In an ever changing market I feel this is key! the main active ingredients in this moisturise are coconut oil and sea buckthorn berry oil. Coconut oil is high in antioxidants and fatty acids which work to hydrate, nourish and protect the skin. Sea buckthorn oil is rich in so many vitamins such as vitamin C , A , E and omega 7. These are all vital in the defence against radical damage.
The formula is so lightweight yet nourishing, and sinks into the skin in seconds. It’s such a good moisturiser, as it doesn’t leave any sticky residue, and you can even really feel it on the skin at all! I have noticed my skin feels a lot more supple & any dry areas have been eliminated by this cream. What’s more - this moisturise smells SO good! It reminds me of chocolate oranges, but is very refined - it would actually make an amazing perfume! So that’s my review on the Japanese orange moisturiser - you can get 20% off with the code ‘ZOEM20’ making it only £24.10 which is amazing value! https://drbotanicals.com/collections/japanese-orange/products/japanese-orange-reviving-cream Let me know if you decide to try it!
