25/10/2018 0 Comments Aromatherapy associates oil reviewaromatherapy associates are well known for their luxurious aromatherapy oils - packed full of natural ingredients that do wonders for the mind and body. I’ve tried the de-stress scent, along with the revive morning, both of which I’ll be sharing my thoughts on, in this post! ↷ I have the mini size, which means the packaging isn’t truly representational of the full size products, but either way I love both! The mini cylindrical bottles are so cute and stylish, where as the larger bottles, which come in a square frosted glass bottle, look so unique and luxurious. Revive morning - a blend of grapefruit, rosemary and juniper. I love how invigorating this scent is - it really wakes you up on a morning! I find it a really unique scent, and can detect hints of something minty in it too - which helps to awaken the system too! De-stress- a mix of rosemary, black pepper, lavender and ginger. A single smell of this and I instantly feel myself more relaxed! The lavender - renowned for its calming properties, really shines through in this scent. This scent is also designed to relax the muscles - so perfect for use after a long day. the way I use the oils, as I don’t like baths, is by pouring a few drops into cupped hands in the shower & then inhaling the aroma.
Another way to use the oil is as a massage oil, which leaves your skin smelling amazing. Even though it’s an oil, it doesn’t leave your skin feeling greasy, it in-fact makes it feel incredibly smooth and of course smelling wonderful! I find that the oils actually do perform in terms of aromatherapy - eg actually do destress , revive etc! There are many other varsities that id love to try- if you’ve tried any - let me know! Zoë x
