somedays we just feel down and it's hard to know why, or what to do to lift yourself back up. Here are 10 things that I have found helpful and hopefully may help others ♡ 1.) go for a walk.walking has been proven to release stress and boost mental wellbeing. It's also important to get out the house and get some fresh air. Take a camera with you and see what photos you can take ☆ 2.) Create.investing your energy into something constructive and creative is a great way to take your mind off things. If you don't want to start from scratch, mindfulness colouring books are a great alternative. 3.) readsometimes it's just nice to escape your own reality. 4.) talk to a frienda true friend will be there for you no matter what. Try talking to them - it doesn't even have to be about what's troubling you, but isolating yourself only makes a situation worse. 5.) look at old phOtosthis is one of my favourite things to do when feeling down. I love looking at pictures of travels I've been on and find it inspiring. ☼ 6.) reorganise your roomchange can be good ♡ 7.) visit an art gallery / museumtrying to occupy your mind is a great way to try and help yourself. Art galleries / museums are a great start. 8.) start a projectthis could be anything that interests you, I find DIY homeware pieces are a lovely way to put a personal touch on your room. 9.) writeif art isn't your thing, writing whatever comes into your head is a good alternative and will hopefully clear your mind. 10.) see how many people you can make smileby trying to make other People happy, will surely have a positive effect on your state of mind too.
